Simply slide on the Lace Guard over the collar of your non-dominant shoe (or both), feed the laces through and tie as normal. Ensure a tight fit to maximise performance.

*This version is designed to fit ASICS Shoes , but may fit other shoes that have an eyelet spacing of 18-19mm
